Shape the Future: Lead Insignia Financials Cyber Security Program

Insignia Financial is embarking on a strategic transformation of its cyber security capabilities, driven by a board-endorsed strategy with a clear focus on delivering a robust and resilient security posture. This 3-year program, encompassing four strategic objectives, 18 strategic initiatives, and nearly 50 cyber projects, is strategically aligned with our mission of creating financial wellbeing for every Australian, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and information. We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Program Manager to lead the execution of this ambitious program. This is a dynamic environment, with the program expected to be agile and reprioritised to support the evolving business priorities and changes in the threat landscape. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each project and initiative aligns with our overall strategy, delivering a positive and tangible impact. The opportunity to join our team

The Cyber Security Program Manager will play a crucial role in executing our board-endorsed cyber strategy, this is multi-year, multi-focused strategic program aims to elevate our cyber security capabilities.  This role is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and monitoring of a portfolio of projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing and transforming the organisation's cyber security capabilities. You will manage the program by procuring new technologies, improving processes, and enhancing engagement methodologies.

What you will bring

You will possess a proven track record in managing similar cyber programs and can demonstrate your ability to lead and oversee complex initiatives. Your experience should include developing and implementing comprehensive cyber security strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as providing advisory services to internal stakeholders. You will be an expert of project management tools such as JIRA and methodologies, both Waterfall and Agile, with extensive experience in managing complex projects and programs. Your ability to prioritise projects, manage resources, and monitor progress effectively is paramount. Additionally, a strong background in financial management is essential, as it will play a critical role in managing the program.
