Clinical Psychologist GEM@Home Position

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to participate in a multidisciplinary team providing geriatrician led care to older people with complex medical, functional and/or psychosocial needs in their own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering culturally appropriate, comprehensive and high quality clinical psychology services.
- Working in collaboration with patients, other disciplines and relevant government or non-government organisations.
- Using professional judgement to plan, develop and deliver psychology services related to the service priority areas.
About You:
- Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification recognised by the PsyBA and general registration with PsyBA.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering relevant models and practices within a community based, ambulatory and/or integrated care framework.
- Ability to utilise high level communication skills to effectively work with diverse people, resolve issues and conflict, and manage workload under limited direction.
- Ability to undertake a range of Clinical Psychology interventions including diagnostic and cognitive assessment, case formulation and provision of specialised evidence based therapies.
