About the Role


As a Business Banking Manager in our Relationship Team, you’ll play a key role in helping to build customer engagement with existing small business customers and provide tailored solutions and recommendations to support business growth and development.

Work Hours: 24 hours

What will your day look like?


As a Business Banking Manager, you will be accountable for: 

Participation in high volume inbound and structured leads-based outbound calling Providing high quality customer service to a wide and diverse range of customers in a team-based managed portfolio Retention and growth of existing customers Understanding customer ambitions and help them realise their business growth and development goals. Contribution to a high performing team culture and environment based on high collaboration and rapid customer solutioning. Meeting assigned performance targets across the balanced scorecard. Engaging with existing small business customers Management of a team-based customer portfolio Maintaining deep knowledge of the ANZ product suite to ensure customers are recommended appropriate solutions.

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Relationship Management: Building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Business Development: The activity of partnering with individuals and/or organisations to pursue strategic initiatives, relationships and/or opportunities to drive commercial value. Customer Solutioning: Supporting customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services, and/or providing considered options, that meet those needs. Credit Assessment and Management: Assessing, advising, monitoring and/or approving a customer's credit worthiness, credit risk and suitable credit structuring options based on internal credit policies, guidelines, scoring models and/or applying judgement based on prior experience and knowledge. Data Analysis: Collecting, profiling and analysing data to translate into meaningful insights to inform business decisions and deliver customer solutions.
