Ignite is currently recruiting for an exclusive opportunity, searching for a Power BI Developer. In this role, you'll be a valuable member of the Power BI development team, contributing to the development of data management procedures and conducting data analysis. We're looking for someone with a track record of delivering data warehouse and data modeling solutions.

You will have the opportunity to play a pivotal part within our client's dynamic Power BI development team, contributing to the evolution of cutting-edge data management practices and unleashing the power of data analysis. You will have the chance to make a significant impact by harnessing your proficiency in crafting data-driven solutions. You'll be an integral part of our clients mission to transform data into actionable insights, shaping the future of our data landscape.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the creation and support for dashboards and reports.
• Data/dimensional modelling.
• Research and investigation of contemporary report development and the adoption as needed in the development of Power BI reports.
• Provide root cause analysis of issues from data source to report/data provision.
• Perform data analysis as necessary.
• Documentation of all development aspects.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to gather requirements for report improvements, new reports, and semantic model development.
• Lead the development of data warehouse and produce data architecture designs.
• Quality assurance of own work as well as peers.

Skills and experience required:

• Experience managing multiple, concurrent activities, priorities, dependencies and risks.
• Experience with Power BI Data and Data Modelling.
• Leading data management and business intelligence activities.
• Experience with Information requirements gathering for reports, dashboards and other visualisations.
• Ensuring documentation, processes and procedures for data management and business intelligence processes including system design documents are maintained and align with business, legislative and security requirements.
• Designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence reports, dashboards and/or visualisations.
