A suitably qualified and experienced person to provide onsite technical support for a period of up to 7 weeks full time to assist the Program Management and Delivery Team to build a suite of project and program performance reporting. We are looking for a professional that can:

- Work with PMD to design and build scalable project and program reports/dashboard views using PowerBI and incorporating project online data.
- Assist in setting up the necessary data connections and data models to support the reports.
- Create documentation detailing data connections and data models that can be used to support the reports.
- Prepare transition to service documents to enable PMD staff to maintain and update reporting/dashboards as required.
- Provide capability uplift of PMD staff on how to use and maintain the reports.

To be successful in the role you will:

- Be a suitably qualified and experienced person in Power BI program dashboard reporting including incorporating data from Project Online and other sources.
- Demonstrate ability to create data connections and data models to support the required reporting.
- Have experience developing transition to service documentation.
- Be available to be onsite, Symonston, ACT.
- Demonstrate ability to provide constructive feedback, guidance and support.
- Be proficient in mentoring, coaching and upskilling team members to enhance their skills and performance in Power BI program dashboard reporting.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Evidence of qualifications and/or experience with building Power BI dashboard reporting for project and program performance reporting including utilising data from Project online and other sources
- Ability to be onsite, Symonston, ACT for the duration of the contract
- Demonstrate ability to create data connections and data models to support the required reporting
- Experience developing transition to service documentation.
- Demonstrate ability to provide constructive feedback, guidance and support. Be proficient in mentoring, coaching and upskilling team members to enhance their skills and performance in Power BI program dashboard reporting.
