The Opportunity:
Are you experienced with Komatsu equipment?
As our next Product Support Advisor, you'll be working on Rio Tinto sites, looking after the Komatsu fleet of trucks, loaders & excavators including 830E, 930E, PC4000, PC5500, WA900, and WA1200.
You're the on-site Komatsu expert.
Working with our site teams and clients you'll be giving technical support, advising on component replacements, and reporting on downtime of the fleet.

Roster & Location: FIFO from Perth,8:6 day shift only roster
Salary: $160k approximately (inclusive of allowance) + bonus + super

What we are looking for:
- Trade Qualification in mechanical or electrical with exposure to heavy mobile equipment
- Mining industry experience, preferably with Komatsu equipment
- Exhibit self-motivation, initiative, and a collaborative team spirit, driven by a commitment to excellence and professionalism
- Uphold consistently high standards of customer service, actively promoting Komatsu Products and Services
- Demonstrate a commitment to Occupational Health and Safety
- Possess strong negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail
- C-Class drivers licence
- Currently located in Western Australia
