My client is Australia's leading provider in their field, an established organisation and still growing.
They are looking for an experienced Allocations Officer to join their team on a permanent full time basis.

Location: Upper North Shore | close to public transport and parking nearby
REM: up to $70,000 plus super + benefits
Working arrangements: hybrid working post probation

Key duties (not limited to);

  • timely and accurate receipting of all invoice payments
  • contacting customers for remittances, contacting the bank for details of over-the-counter cheque deposits
  • closely with with the Collections Department on the allocation of cash, advising of any short payments or overpayments
  • reconciliation of debtor accounts (allocation of funds reconciliations), adhocreconciliations
  • running of direct debits, invoice generation, actioning of suspense accounts, investigation of allocation discrepancies

 

Experience required;

  • 12 months plus working across high volume allocations & reconciliations
  • excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • team player 
  • fully working rights (PR or AU/NZ citizen)
  • strong Excel skills
