Job description

- Upper North Shore
My client is Australia's leading provider in their field, an established organisation and still growing.
They are looking for an experienced Allocations Officer to join their team on a permanent full time basis.
Location: Upper North Shore | close to public transport and parking nearby
REM: up to $70,000 plus super + benefits
Working arrangements: hybrid working post probation
Key duties (not limited to);
- timely and accurate receipting of all invoice payments
- contacting customers for remittances, contacting the bank for details of over-the-counter cheque deposits
- closely with with the Collections Department on the allocation of cash, advising of any short payments or overpayments
- reconciliation of debtor accounts (allocation of funds reconciliations), adhocreconciliations
- running of direct debits, invoice generation, actioning of suspense accounts, investigation of allocation discrepancies
Experience required;
- 12 months plus working across high volume allocations & reconciliations
- excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- team player
- fully working rights (PR or AU/NZ citizen)
- strong Excel skills
