Job Description

A flexible role allowing the ideal candidate to create their own area of specialisation, both geographically and in property type. Grow the role you have always wanted.

The role entails:

  • Collecting, canvassing and collating market information
  • Maintaining campaigns and promoting properties.
  • Conducting inspections and working with both owners and tenants.
  • Facilitating negotiations between clients and prospective tenants
  • Instructing and managing external service providers, such as solicitors and conjunctional agents
  • Increasing your depth of understanding of the major players and identities, including new trends and directions in the market
  • Assisting with the preparation of marketing submissions
  • Maintaining the internal client database

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • A current real estate license or certificate of registration
  • Real estate experience in commercial property management, commercial sales and/or leasing
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • A team player mentality and the belief that our clients come first and that teamwork is the best way forward.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise appropriately
