Overview

Susquehanna is looking for a Technical Infrastructure Analyst /Project Manager to join our growing projects team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, and successfully delivering infrastructure and technical projects that cross regions, teams, domains. You will be working closely with external partners, business teams and technical leaders to assess and document requirements, create plan and timeline, coordinate delivery, facilitate production handover and communicate milestones of those engagements.

In this role, you will be responsible for : 

  • Documentation: Understand, clarify, and translate into executable tasks.
  • Act as a Technical influencer: Contribute, influence and co-design infrastructure solution.
  • Leadership: Engage stakeholders and team. Positively challenge the existing.
  • Organize: Attention to details, track tasks and dependencies.
  • Act as a Decision maker: Suggest and introduce solution/partners to move forward projects. 
  • Pro-active: Be force of proposal and initiate improvement project.

You will partner with the global and regional technical and infrastructure teams, as well as related line of business teams. Projects will consist of large technical infrastructure green field project as well as upgrades and integrations across the Susquehanna environment to support our Asian Trading business. These projects will primarily focus on infrastructure area spanning from low latency exchange connectivity to corporate backbone network. Clear knowledge of project life cycle will be crucial in the analysis, coordination, and maintenance of tasks within them.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience providing application and/or systems implementation and technical business analysis / project management services.
  • Background from financial services, datacentre infrastructure, service or telecommunication providers as well as sales or network engineering are preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving experience required.
  • Has skills in systems analysis to understand system functions and their inter-dependencies.
  • Ability to analyse, map and validate complicated datasets.
  • Flexibility to take on tasks at short notice, as well as handle multiple tasks with multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge of any scripting or programming languages to analyse and interrogate data is a plus.
  • Experience with agile and/or waterfall project management and software development methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and organise own work.
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar experience level in a technical discipline.
