The Company

Job Purpose

To provide broad assistance to the Finance & Administration function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable functions, employee related expense management and other administrative duties as required.

Travel Requirements

Up to 5%.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable, creation of documents and spread sheets, electronic presentations, storage and retrieving of electronic information, documents and records management. Provide administrative support and reception tasks as required. Use of office equipment including computers, photocopiers, scanners and telephone systems. Workplace housekeeping tasks – ensuring company provided supplies are stocked and readily available. Stationery and supply ordering. Banking, post office as required. Assist with the organising of company sponsored events. Collaborates and communicates across business units within Mining Technology Solutions to achieve goals and objectives.  Complies with corporate Finance and Administration processes. 

Required Skills

Certificate III in Business Administration Experience with ERP/SAP systems and Microsoft Office. Understanding of legislative requirements. Multi-currency transactions and valuations Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and presentation skills. Customer focus attitude with a commitment to excellence and quality.
