Customer Data Administrator

About the role:

Cleanaway Solids Team based in Malaga is seeking a Customer Data Administrator who will ensure the maintenance and integrity of our customer data electronically, contributing to the achievement of business objectives by providing high-quality support during the onboarding of a new customers, as well as ensuring any changes or discrepancies are recorded, investigated and updated.

  • Maintain accurate customer data records and changes and updates are efficiently applied meeting service level agreements.
  • Ensure customer accounts integrity by effectively managing quality control.
  • Setting up new customer accounts with a high level of detail and accuracy.
  • Assist in the training of customer service and sales teams to ensure understanding and compliance to master data templates.
  • Support administration managers to drive change through the business with the use of technology solutions and training.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience managing and updating customer data and accounts.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to problem solve and process improve.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A working knowledge of Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool preferred.
  • Experience using Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) or J.D.Edwards  (JDE) systems  would be highly beneficial but not essential.
