The work we do ranges from technology transformation through to technology architecture, strategy development, business architecture, business analysis, business cases, investment roadmaps, systems design, financial management, operating model design, program and project management and delivery and more.For example working in our team could look like: Providing technology advice to our clients across a wide range of complex and large-scale technology issues and capabilities; Working within an experienced team to analyse, workshop and present insights and recommendations, supporting clients to understand root cause issues, potential solutions and articulate business benefits; Supporting engagement pursuits including opportunity identification, qualification, planning, and proposal development; or Assisting with the development of internal service offerings across technology advisory.ExperienceWe are looking for exceptional people who are committed to investing in the development of their career as a technology advisory consultant. This is including both IT and business professionals who understand the role of technology in business and government, who can effectively deal with stakeholders. You will bring a blend of skills that may include business processes, project management, strategy and design, right through to deep technical knowledge. In particular, we are looking for people with skills in Integrated Logistics Services (ILS) and IT Service Management. At an interpersonal level we are looking for candidates who display emotional intelligence and client facing soft skills. When it comes to your day-to-day work, we are looking for candidates who take pride in what they do with an appreciation for quality and delivering outcomes.Some of the day-to-day responsibilities of this role includes but are not limited to:• Design and implement Target Operating Model in consultation with Program Sponsor and relevant governance bodies ( Steering Committee)• Ensure Target Operating Model is in alignment with business strategy, objectives, expected business outcomes and benefits, and design/guiding principles• Support the organisations in implementing the Target Operating Model• Support the organisations with other IT Service Management activities such as Service Design and Service TransitionQualificationsITIL (Essential)PRINCE 2 (Desired)Additional InformationKPMG is a professional services firm with global outreach and deep sector experience.
