About The Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Scheduling Manager to work within our Operational Business Performance Unit. 

This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies across the workforce team. This includes, but not limited to, standardising processes, reducing agency expenditure, analysing casual staff utilisation and retention, minimising overall cost-to-serve, optimizing shift filling success rates, ensuring internal customer satisfaction, managing, and monitoring operational rosters, and presenting management reports.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in leading a large team. 
  • Demonstrated experience with change management and large projects, implementing processes and strategies. 
  • Experience in the Disability, Community Services or Aged Care sectors (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, engage and problem solve. 
  • Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex operational problems.
