We are Hiring Disability Support Workers for Sunshine Coast area

Do you pose as a caring, compassionate, and supportive individual? Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively with vulnerable people and their families, A high level of patience, and emotional resilience. If so, we are looking for people just like you to work within the Sunshine Coast area, flexibility is a must as these roles include days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, sleepover shifts, and shifts given at short notice, you'll spend your time on the in the community, completing your scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients and their loved ones within their homes completing activities that include:

  • In-home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing
  • Providing care in accordance with their individualized Care Plan
  • Manual Handling & Hoist

What we're offering:

  • 20 to 40 hours per week
  • Weekly salary ranging from $800 to $2,000 per week
  • Weekday - $30 per hour
  • Saturday - $40.41 per hour
  • Sunday - $51.95 per hour
  • Public holiday - $63.50 per hour
  • Employee Benefits Program

What we need from you:

  • Blue and or Yellow Card
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Police Clearance
  • First Aid & CPR Cert
  • Own Transport & Driver's License
  • Fully Covid Vaccinated as per NSW Health Regulations
  • Valid Rights to work in Australia (Passport/ Birth Cert etc.)
