The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and experienced hospitality professional who is excited to be part of our growing and one-of-a-kind vision 

The Head Waiter position is an exciting role that is perfect for a section waiter ready to step up, or a seasoned professional looking to work with the best

  • Knowing our product is paramount and you will learn more with every service.
  • Understanding how we source produce and ingredients is key in helping tell guests a compelling story. 
  • Manage your own section, guiding guest through the Yugen experience.

The Ideal Candidate
Members of the Yugen team are genuinely hospitable, have a broad restaurant skill set and industry awareness and are self-motivated and goal driven.

  • Valid Victorian RSA
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation
  • Pressure management mind set 
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
