We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Experience Analytics Lead to drive our analytics initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Continuously improve the GA4 setup in the user interface.
  • Develop additional reporting for Marketing teams based on new GA4 data.
  • Enhance efficiencies in GA4 tagging to reduce costs.
  • Manage the transition of GA4 for the Marketing team.
  • Serve as a customer data advocate in the experimentation guild.
  • Evaluate ROI for hypotheses and experiment results.
  • Assist in setting up tests, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for tests from Marketing and Product teams.
  • Maintain dashboards for key metrics for the Product team.
  • Analyze the performance of go-to-market campaigns.
  • Understand how users discover products
  • Conduct monthly customer reviews for Own Brand.
  • Provide ongoing education to the new paid team on data availability and insights.
  • Extract insights from market research conducted by Retail Doctor Group.
  • Offer support for ad-hoc trade requests, particularly focusing on on-site behavior and conversion rate analysis.
  • Assist in generating reports for campaigns and placements.
  • Assess the ROI of landing pages and navigation placements in terms of resources spent versus sales.

About you: 

  • Strong marketing operations experience
  • 4-5 years experience
  • Open to visa applicants residing in Australia
