What Will Be Working On

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic casual Swim Schoolinstructors to join during busy summer season. The primaryobjective of the role is to provide the highest level of customerservice to all members and customers of the Armadale Fitness andAquatic Centre.

Responsibilities in this role include:

Facilitate a professional safe, enjoyable learning environment in which students progressively learn to swim. Prepare and review lesson plans to ensure they align with RLSSWA and Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre’s curriculum. Assess student’s competencies according to RLSSWA and Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre’s Swim School policies. Complete administration tasks specific to the Swim School program. Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons at the Centre. Contribute to promoting and developing Aquatic programs, Centre programs and events.

What are we lookingfor

Current Austswim Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety. Previous swimming teaching experience (desirable). Current Provide First Aid Certificate - HLTAID003. Resuscitation Qualification. Current Working with Children Check. Availability for shifts mornings, afternoons and weekends. Possession of or ability to obtain a current National Police Certificate.
