**Seasonal Casual Positions - $34.52 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading)**

**What You Will Be Working On**

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic casual Swim School instructors to join during busy summer season. The primary objective of the role is to provide the highest level of customer service to all members and customers of the Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre.

Responsibilities in this role include:

- Facilitate a professional safe, enjoyable learning environment in which students progressively learn to swim.
- Prepare and review lesson plans to ensure they align with RLSSWA and Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre’s curriculum.
- Assess student’s competencies according to RLSSWA and Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre’s Swim School policies
- Complete administration tasks specific to the Swim School program.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons at the Centre.
- Contribute to promoting and developing Aquatic programs, Centre programs and events.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following:

- Current Austswim Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety.
- Previous swimming teaching experience (desirable).
- Current Provide First Aid Certificate - HLTAID003.
- Resuscitation Qualification.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Possession of or ability to obtain a current National Police Certificate.
