The Transformation Office plays a critical role in propelling Ozcare forward, focusing on strategic initiatives that enhance both organisational and operational capabilities. Your role & accountabilities:
Responsible for the successful implementation of Dayforce; - HR and Talent modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, Core HR, Self-Serve, Position Management etc.) and/or- Workforce Management functionality (Rostering/Scheduling, Time Off, Timesheets, Awards etc.) Lead the analysis, documentation and tracking of business requirements, objectives and customer needs through to testing and implementation.Collaborate with key stakeholders and implementation partners to understand and develop future state process designs and Dayforce solution requirements.Design and facilitate workshops with internal stakeholders to assess and identify options for process improvement and efficiencies.Support the drafting of business proposals and discussion papers to inform decision making.Support the development and implementation of communications and change management plans.Assist with testing, development of test cases and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Assist with data migration planning, testing and cut over activities.Collaborate within transformation office and with cross-functional teams.Demonstrate empathy and respect for clients/employees.Contribute to the development of best practices, policies, and procedures.Develop and maintain, on an ongoing basis, high quality, and accurate project artefactsYou excel in: Critical thinking and communication
