About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Leader-Manufacturing to join our team at Pact Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic financial leadership to our manufacturing operations, driving cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions, including cost-benefit analysis and return on investment (ROI) assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Lead the calculation and analysis of cost-related benefits to support proposals for major capital expenditure projects.
  • Coach and develop the skills of our manufacturing finance analysts to drive capability across the team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including operations and finance managers.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of manufacturing standard costing practices, including cost allocation methods and cost sensitivity analysis.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and deliver results.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence business stakeholders to manage costs, risks, revenues, and profits.
  • Thorough financial understanding of profit and loss statements, accounting systems, and financial metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels in technical or non-technical language.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, commerce, or business.
  • CPA/CA qualification.
