What’s the opportunity? 

Tyro are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our customer focused engineering tribe working on several strategic projects. You will partner with delivery teams and the wider engineering team to deliver cross-cutting quality improvements, driven by the Quality Engineering Strategy.

Key responsibilities include;

    • Collaborate with Quality Engineers and Developers to understand requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. 
    • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for our services. Enhance test automation suites within various CI/CD pipelines as part of our DevOps initiatives. 
    • Review test coverage, identify gaps in existing test scenarios, and work to increase overall test coverage. 
    • Ensure rigorous testing and quality checks are applied across all services. 
    • Partner with developers to address challenges in test data and automation processes. 
    • Continuously improve testing capabilities, tooling, and quality assessment processes. 

What you will bring:

    • Exceptional attention to detail. 
    • Proficiency in test automation. 
    • Expertise in leading DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated test frameworks. 
    • Experience in quality concepts such as bug prevention, testability, accessibility, and privacy.
