Key Responsibilities:

· Develop the AHS installation plan, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and schedule the resources needed to deliver on our plan.

· Coordinate labour, tools, equipment, parts, and materials for the AHS installations.

· Manage and drive the weekly plan, including facilitating weekly Planning and Scheduling meetings with the senior leadership team and relevant stakeholders to ensure all scheduled activities are executable as per the plan and to advise of changes.

· Update and communicate the daily plan.

· Use computer planning software to input, manage, monitor, and control parts, equipment, materials, and labour to ensure they are available during the AHS builds. Manage and communicate any unforeseen changes with the execution team to reduce downtime and ensure project delivery.

· Monitor and report on progress activities, comparing actual vs. scheduled activities, which impact the forecasted completion dates, and provide input to senior leadership on budget performance.

· Implement lessons learned from the project into the plan and provide a continuous focus on continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

· Proven experience in project management, planning, and scheduling.

· Strong organizational and coordination skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

· Proficiency in using computer planning software.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Problem-solving skills to address and manage unforeseen changes efficiently.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in AHS installations or similar projects.

· Knowledge of budget management and performance reporting
