About the role:

Are you a passionate individual with excellent customer service skills? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our Mitchell team on a full time basis.

Your working week will be busy and diverse, including but not limited to the following:

  • Answering enquiries related to the products
  • Build and maintain great relationships with our customers
  • Ensure customers have the right products for their needs
  • Work with our sales and claims teams to collect and manage sales
  • Are always patient and use positive ‘can do’ language with our customers
  • Are committed to always improving the way we do things
  • Take inbound calls, providing the best service for our customers.

To excel in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a call centre environment or other customer oriented environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers
  • Computer literacy skills required
  • The ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Current Australian work rights – Temporary Visa with Work Rights are accepted
  • A positive can do attitude
  • An ability to manage a diverse range of customers and de-escalate conflict situations
  • Flexibility to work on a shift roster - shift work including weekends, nights and public holidays
