Launch are working with an award winning and successful financial services organisation, helping them to build out their IDAM team. 

Location: Melbourne only
Salary: $140,000 inclusive of super plus 2 bonus components 
Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home 

Team & Opportunity
The Identity and Access Management team is a dynamic, high performing, diverse group of people. As part of the IAM global team you will be required to complete a number of business related IDAM requests and incident covering the whole business. You should be able to provide advanced analysis, recommendations, and implementation of privileged access management operations to ensure best practice security across the enterprise.
 
 
Core Responsibilities

  • Work with the business to be able to accomplish Privilege Access Operations standard workflows as well as efficiently resolve complex incidents through creative problem solving.
  • Leads and resolves P1 and P2 incidents, producing details RCAs (root cause analysis’s) and action plans upon incident completion.
  • Lead quality control assurance activities. As a stakeholder for Privileged Automation, this includes executing test plans and helping to resolve deviations for newly developed and/or enhanced PAM solutions.
  • Help PA Operation Engineers to document standard operating procedures and design specifications in accordance with defined processes and privileged access management requirements.
  • Work with enterprise stakeholders to understand business requirements and IT standards that influence how PAM solutions/services should operate.
  • Be action oriented; taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high-energy and enthusiasm.
  • Identifies and recommends opportunities for continuous improvement. Supports the implementation of changes to department policies and procedures to meet changing business needs and to achieve department objectives.
  • Ability to mentor and provide oversight to analysts on the Privileged Access Management Team.

 
Requirements 

  • Strong experience in Privileged Access Management Platforms. (Mandatory)
  • CyberArk & Secrets Manager , Azure Key Vault & GCP 
  • Proficient in Identity and Access Management best practices.
  • Experience in Change/Incident Management Tools such as Service Now
  • A team player and quick learner with a heavy emphasis on communication skills.
  • Understanding of the Sun Model and how companies operate on the global scale.
  • Minimum 5-7 years related work experience. Experience with information security, network administration or IT preferred.
  • Must have current working rights for Australia
