About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Leader. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team and gain valuable experience in various aspects of warehouse operations. Whether you prefer working in the early morning or the afternoon, we have flexible shift options to suit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a Team: Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Inbound Operations: Oversee the inbound process, ensuring accurate and timely receipt of goods.
  • Outbound Operations: Manage the outbound process, ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and interactions professionally and effectively.
  • Toolbox Talks: Conduct toolbox talks to ensure team awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Excel Usage: Utilise Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis to support operational decisions.
  • Email Communication: Manage email communications promptly and professionally.

Role Requirements

  • Leadership Skills: Previous experience or exposure to leading a team in a warehousing or similar environment.
  • Excel Proficiency: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel for various operational tasks
  • Toolbox Experience: Familiarity with conducting toolbox talks or similar safety briefings.
  • Email Competence: Ability to manage and respond to emails efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Experience in customer interactions and maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Warehousing Knowledge: Understanding of inbound and outbound warehousing processes.
  • LF/LO Valid license
