**About the Role**:
The Consortium Clemenger is currently based in Tottenham with a brand-new facility provisioned to go live from March 2023 in the Truganina area.

**The Hours to Work**:
Monday - Friday
7.30am - 3.30pm
Day Shift (Full Time)

**Your Duties will consist of the following but will not be limited to**:

- Team Leader - primary focus around the Pick Team as well as the production space as needed and a fundamental understanding of the Transport Functions.
- Team size of approximately 6-10 people.
- Pick Packing
- Voice Picking
- Manual Handling up to 20kg
- Working with the Client Service Team to ensure customer orders are scheduled and appropriately managed.
- Handover of outbound goods to the Transport Coordinator.
- Lead the Production Team as needed to ensure delivery of customer SLA's.
- Ability to identify and escalate where needed, delays and issues to the Supervisor or Warehouse Manager.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Track record in results driven team leadership
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Timely and accurate delivery of sales orders and briefs to production
- Proven track record of driving Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Advanced WMS and MS Office skills
- Ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment
- Proven track record of maintaining a high-performance team culture
- Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
- High level of communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- OH&S knowledge
- Voice Picking Experience
