About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Clerkto join our team, working primarily from our Burwood Office. Thesuccessful applicant will support the accounts department withtasks related to banking, accounts receivable, and accountspayable.

Key Responsibilities:

Order all stationery for the group to ensure stock levels aremaintained.Reconcile and correctly apply all cash, cheques, and EFTPOStransactions.Record all appropriate information to charge the correctdepartment.Assist other team members with administration tasks.Distribute mail to internal and external recipients asneeded.

Qualifications and Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.At least 12 months of experience in reception, officeadministration, or a similar role (preferable).Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel,Word, and Outlook.Attention to detail and accuracy.Proven organizational skills and the ability tomulti-task.
