**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Junior Admin Clerk** to join our team in Warwick Farm working in our Pre-Delivery Department.

As an Admin Clerk, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering the phone and responding to basic customer enquiries;
- Attending and assisting with reception duties;
- Providing assistance with filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry;
- Maintaining the office including general tidying and maintenance;
- Other similar duties to support the administration team as required

**Requirements for the role will involve the following**:

- Full work rights in Australia
- An ability to engage with and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Basic Microsoft Office computer skills with a willingness to improve and learn on this skillset.
- A willingness to learn our processes and procedures, and company systems.
- An ability to organise and prioritise your daily tasks.
- A willingness to help your teammates and work as part of a close-knit team.
- An understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and privacy at all times.
