We are seeking an experienced Senior Dev with expertise in IBM Master Data Management (MDM) Advanced Edition (Version 11.x +) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of MDM concepts, hands-on experience in implementing and managing IBM MDM Advanced Edition solutions, and a proven track record in delivering successful MDM projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical implementation of IBM MDM Advanced Edition solutions, including design, configuration, customization, integration, and deployment.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and other team members to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and develop technical designs aligned with business objectives.
  3. Perform hands-on development and customization of IBM MDM Advanced Edition components, including configuration of data models, creation of business rules, and development of workflows.
  4. Oversee data integration efforts, including data cleansing, data migration, and data synchronization between MDM and other enterprise systems.
  5. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability, scalability, and reliability of IBM MDM Advanced Edition solutions.
  6. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to define hardware and software requirements, deploy MDM environments, and optimize system performance.
  7. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to MDM and customer master data management and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of MDM solutions.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on IBM MDM Advanced Edition, providing technical guidance and support to project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  9. Contribute to the development of reusable assets, tools, and accelerators to streamline the implementation and maintenance of IBM MDM Advanced Edition solutions.

 



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5 - 7 years of experience with a focus on MDM and data management.
  • Hands-on experience with IBM MDM Advanced Edition, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE, XML, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
  • Strong understanding of data modelling concepts, data governance principles, and data quality management.
  • Experience with data integration tools and technologies (e.g., IBM DataStage, Informatica).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • IBM MDM Advanced Edition certification(s) preferred.

 

This position offers an exciting in technical implementation of IBM MDM Advanced Edition solutions for our Digital Insurer program and play a key role in driving the success of customer master data management initiatives.
