Help shape the future of children in our care

C&K have 2 x Permanent Part Time (20 hours a week) opportunities. One role can be based in Brisbane (Kedron) while the other will be based in Cairns.

As the Assistant to Regional Managers and Operation team members, you will provide high level administrative support to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.

Some of your key accountabilities will include:

Manage schedules and diaries of Regional Managers and organise travel and accommodation arrangements. Provide comprehensive administrative support for meetings, including recording and distributing minutes and collating meeting documents. Review, summarise, and organise key documents, reports, and correspondence. Assist in organising internal events. Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as needed. Answer and direct queries to appropriate person and escalate concerns according to priority. Manage credit card purchases, receipts and invoice and payment requisitions.

What you’ll bring

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration. Experience in research and report preparation. Experience in engaging with stakeholders at senior leadership level and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity. Experience with Microsoft Office products and the ability to quickly learn new software applications. Able to work autonomously, problem solve as well as in a team environment A keen interest in early childhood education and care and a strong willingness and commitment to work within C&K’s values. Must have an active Blue Card and Police Check or the willingness to get one (We can cover the cost)

 Desirable

Hold tertiary qualifications in a business-related field (desirable) Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (desirable)
