Demand Planner (Senior Resource Planning Specialist) binnen het klinisch geneesmiddelenonderzoek

Wat ga je doen als Planner voor onze kliniek?

Als Planner ben je werkzaam voor onze kliniek in Groningen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de projectplanningen en diverse deelplanningen binnen de kliniek. Je hebt een belangrijke rol binnen de organisatie, je creëert inzichten en denkt altijd twee stappen vooruit. Door je adviserende rol heb je contact met verschillende disciplines binnen de organisatie. Als onze nieuwe collega Planner moet je goed kunnen samenwerken maar ook in staat zijn om zelfstandig te werken.

Je houdt je bezig met onder andere:
  • Planning van (nieuwe) projecten voor de operationele afdelingen aanmaken en verwerken in het ERP systeem
  • Het verwerken van alle wijzigingen in de planningen na aanleiding van aanvragen uit het studieteam
  • Ontwikkeling van verschillende planningsscenario's zodat je samen met je manager, het management op basis van die uitkomsten beslissingen kan nemen
  • Signalering van plannings- beperkingen op lange en korte termijn en advies geven over het oplossen van deze beperkingen
  • Het maken en aanpassen van KPI rapportages eventueel ook in een BI tool (wenselijk)
  • Adviseren aan manager over het toewijzen van een tijdslot aan projecten en over aanpassingen en optimaliseren van de planning
  • Deelnemen aan verbeterprojecten binnen en buiten de afdeling om zo gezamenlijk de organisatie te optimaliseren
Wat breng jij mee als Planner?
  • Je hebt HBO werk en denkniveau, met aantoonbare ervaring op het gebied van (project) planningen in een complexe omgeving
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en flexibel. Ook heb je goede analytische-, communicatieve- en sociale vaardigheden
  • Je bent bruggenbouwer en denkt in oplossingen om zo het beste resultaat voor de kliniek te bewerkstelligen
  • Ervaring met Excel en Projectplanning software
    Kennis van Primavera en/of PowerBI is een pre
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift
  • Woonachtig in de omgeving van Groningen

Wat doet ICON?
In opdracht van farmaceutische bedrijven doet ICON wereldwijd wetenschappelijk onderzoek naar de werking van geneesmiddelen bij mensen. In Noord-Nederland heeft ICON de divisie Early Development Services (EDS) met zo’n 900 medewerkers. Hier wordt enerzijds klinisch- en anderzijds bioanalytisch onderzoek verricht.
