About the Opportunity
Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Security Officer to provide excellent customer service and emergency response to one of our clients based in South Brisbane. The successful candidate will have a range of experience in the security sector and hold a yellow card, or be willing to obtain one.
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Providing a high level of security and customer service duties
- Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
- Respond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and provide the necessary support
- Assess and respond to situations of risk
- Access control
- Incident report writing and data logs
Rostered Hours
This is a full time, 4 days on, 4 days off roster including working 2 days and 2 nights. Each shift will be 12 hours in duration.

- Current Security License
- Yellow Card - or willing to obtain
- Control Room License – Highly regarded
- Current First Aid certificate
- Impeccable presentation
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters. Willingness to work nights/weekends
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team
