As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you are a subject matter expert in the sourcing and selection of talent. Focusing on our corporate roles across all 5 streams, you will partner with the organisation to provide senior level recruitment advice and strategically plan and execute recruitment projects for high impact, high profile transformation and corporate roles.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in running high profile and high impact recruitment projects
  • Demonstrated experience in the planning and execution of assessment centres for high volume recruitment projects
  • Understanding of employment law and frameworks that underpin recruitment and selection
  • Data focused with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to drive recruitment projects to completion within specified timelines whilst adhering to processes and procedures
  • Partner with the organisation, providing expert knowledge in strategic talent sourcing and selection
  • Knowledge of up to date assessment techniques, including skills assessment, psychometric assessment, assessment centres, and interview techniques
  • High level of stakeholder engagement, internal and external
  • Confidence in coaching and mentoring Talent Sourcing team members and internal stakeholders in proactive talent sourcing solutions 

The required qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in a related field
