You will join a fast-paced environment and help the team succeed by ensuring Learning projects are delivered, planned, and managed successfully.Your OpportunityThe Audit Learning Assistant Manager role is a technically qualified role contributing to Audit Learning and its strategic initiatives. Working closely with the Audit Learning Manager, this role will be responsible for the project management, design and development, implementation, and communication strategy to support audit learning initiatives for the External Audit and Enterprise Audit divisions. The Audit Learning Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end development and implementation of learning solutions, facilitation of technical audit content, overseeing logistics, audience management, and stakeholder engagement and management (including Audit Leadership). This role will also focus on strategies to respond to learner fatigue and enhance learning experiences, and the implementation of high quality, timely, and impactful learning solutions which maintain a focus on audit quality.Build People Capability:Team and Culture - Inspires others to demonstrate KPMG values and works together to create a high performing cultureContinuous Improvement - Continuously Improving what we do to make things more efficient and seamless for our stakeholders and peopleEffective Communication - Communicating clearly and with impact to ensure understanding, engagement and commitmentDrives Results - Initiating action and committing to achieving business goals and outcomes by taking accountability for delivering results.More specifically your Responsibilities will include:Manage the implementation of locally developed technical learning initiatives and solutions for the Audit and Enterprise Audit practiceDeployment of global audit learning solutions, including content review, content development, and facilitationTechnical audit content developmentManagement of learning requirements for mandatory learner populationsLiaison with the Learning Operations team to ensure effective and efficient roll out of learning solutionsGovernance and regulatory procedures relating to mandatory learningAdherence to ISQM1 controls for all mandatory learning solutions, including monitoring and documentation requirementsYour Experience:CA qualified (or equivalent)Holds current or prior experience with audit and other assurance engagementsStrong written and verbal communicationsStrong presentation and facilitation skillsStrong team building skillsExcellent time managementStrong stakeholder managementAbility to work independently and prioritise effectivelyAdvanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstancesAbility to work towards tight deadlines and effectively manage competing prioritiesHow are you Extraordinary?At KPMG, we believe diversity of thought, background and unique experience strengthens relationships and delivers meaningful benefits to our people, our clients and communities.
