Senior Software Engineer - Core Java (Trading Systems)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage position, risk, and reconciliation of front-office and back-office trading services.
  • Analyze and optimize system latency and data throughput.
  • Develop and maintain code in Core Java, adhering to best practices.
  • Execute routine web development and API builds.
  • Support operators with market analysis and research.
  • Provide ongoing system support.
  • Collaborate closely with traders to refine requirements and align with their needs.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to enhance our trading technology.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in multi-threaded development using Core Java.
  • Strong experience in building algorithms within Core Java.
  • In-depth knowledge of trading strategies and related components.
  • Familiarity with low latency systems.
  • Proven ability to optimize existing code for superior performance.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with Python, C++, and C#.
  • Eagerness to learn and comply with exchange rules, regulations, and company policies.
