What does the job look like?

Linfox partners with leading mining companies, providing specialised logistics services across the country. Our Resources and Industrial business seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to support our Queensland Mining Services operation in Emerald. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely processing of data to ensure business operations run efficiently. Key areas:

  • Manage end to end administrative tasks
  • Consignments and manifesting
  • Manage and process subcontractor payments
  • Maintaining and completing job reporting
  • Provide effective customer service for internal and external customers
  • Support the business in other areas where required

As a tech savvy individual with a high attention to detail and excellent time management, you will have a strong commitment to drive safety and compliance across our business. Your ability to work in an open, collaborative and inclusive manner will ensure success in this role. You can demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a transport operations environment
  • A strong understanding of fatigue management, load restraint and mass management
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and pressures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Package essential
