Total Tools Hervey Bay is looking for a Full Time Retail Merchandising Assistant, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

This position will suit a motivated and creative individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. You will be responsible for creating displays to showcase key products, reviewing the store plan to ensure it is optimised for customer ease, and driving sales through an impeccably presented store.   

What will you be doing?

  • Creating and maintaining in-store and shelving displays, ensuring a well-presented store
  • Developing store plans which maximise sales and customer interest 
  • Ensuring pricing and ticketing accuracy 
  • Liaising with various stakeholders, including store leadership and suppliers
  • Reviewing and selecting product ranges in a strategic way 
  • Analysing sales figures and stock holdings to ensure the right products are in the right places
