The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary Clinical Nurse to join our dynamic team at our 163-bed St. Agnes facility. This full-time role offers an exciting chance to lead and inspire, making a profound impact on the lives of our residents.
Your Role
As a Clinical Nurse, you will collaborate with the Residential Site Manager to deliver outstanding nursing care. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a supportive environment that promotes individualized care and enhances residents' quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:
- Exemplary Care: Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and formulate personalized care plans to optimize residents' well-being.
- Leadership Excellence: Oversee clinical care standards, ensuring compliance with policies and legislative requirements.
- Innovative Coordination: Plan, implement, and evaluate service outcomes to continuously improve care delivery.
- Operational Support: Assist the Residential Care Manager in the day-to-day management of the facility, maintaining high standards of care.
- Culture of Compliance: Cultivate a culture that upholds Bene’s policies and procedures, ensuring top-tier care for all residents.

- Professional Credentials: Bachelor of Nursing with current and unrestricted AHPRA registration.

- Health Safety: Minimum 3 COVID-19 vaccinations and seasonal influenza vaccinations (highly recommended)
- Desirable Qualification: IPC qualification is a plus.
