About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Leader in Aged Care. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating resident care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement resident care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to our Personal Care Workers
  • Liaise with medical and allied health professionals to advocate for clients' quality of life
  • Practice in a holistic way, using your critical decision-making skills to lead the team

Requirements

  • Previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in aged care if you have nursing experience in the wider health sector
  • Adaptability, empathy, resourcefulness, and excellent time management skills
  • Commitment to contemporary aged care nursing practice
  • Nursing degree with current AHPRA registration
