The Role:

Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and organised Head Chef to supervise our kitchen operations at _____Warriewood_

Roster: Monday to Friday from 05:30 to 14:00/ upto 40 hours

What This Role Involves:

  • Overall kitchen management - leading & managing chefs, kitchen hands & catering assistants
  • Menu planning for residents daily meals, conferences & functions
  • Cooking a variety of nutritious home style & gourmet meals
  • Conducting stock takes, ordering stock & monitoring food costs
  • Monitoring & promoting kitchen hygiene and Food Safety Practices
