Corella Fine Foods have been operating on Sydney's Northern Beaches for 33 years and are looking for a Food Production Supervisor to join our fun team.


The main function of this 'hands on' & fast paced role involves overseeing and assisting with daily production of a large volume of handmade sandwiches, wraps and rolls for our client base of 5 star hotels, stadiums, service stations and the like across Sydney.

The role is an immediate start at our production kitchen in Warriewood. Shifts will be a rotating roster Monday - Sunday with approximately 40-45 hrs per week.

Duties include:

  • Scheduling and managing daily production to meet daily deadlines for food deliveries
  • Production of handmade sandwiches, wraps & rolls
  • Motivation, supervision & direction of a small team of casual sandwich hands
  • Quality control
  • Input in managing staff rosters
  • Ordering food supplies
  • Liaising and working closely with our Directors and Head Chef regarding daily work direction
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following personal qualities:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask & prioritise
  • HACCP experience an advantage


We cater to all different markets from corporate, private, wholesale and retail clients so there's never a dull moment in our 270 sqm production kitchen in Warriewood.

Salary:
$ $30.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
