About SIMEC Tahmoor Coking Coal Operations
Tahmoor Colliery is an underground longwall coal mine with an associated coal preparation plant producing high quality coking coal for global markets. Tahmoor Colliery has been in operation since 9 and has a total workforce of approximately personnel. Our mine is located near the scenic Southern Highlands of NSW, and only a short -minute drive to the idyllic beaches of the South Coast NSW.
