Duty Manager

This role is best suited to someone with Manager experience however we will also look at applicants with great hospitality experience that want to step up into a Management role.

As an Manager, your role is a crucial one. You are to be a leader and a mentor to your fellow colleagues by setting the example of what it means to go ‘above and beyond’ to provide exceptional customer service. You are responsible for certain aspects of the hotel in order to achieve its smooth operation. These are covered below.

- Managers Meeting
- Human Resources - You must constantly drive the staff on the floor to ensure that the hotel's procedures are followed correctly and staff are working well.
- Inventory Management
- Promotions and Marketing
- Bar - manage the bar
- Gaming/TAB/KENO
- Repairs and Maintenance
- Liaising staff and with customers
- Weekly Tasks
