Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Test Analyst to join our team. The Test Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases that ensure the quality of our software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, experience with automated testing tools, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

 

As a software quality assurance expert, you are responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the reliability and functionality of software products. You work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and track software defects, ensuring that they are resolved effectively. In addition, you design and implement automated test scripts, participate in the design and development of software applications to ensure testability, and provide valuable feedback on usability and functionality. To stay ahead of the curve, you constantly update your knowledge of the latest testing tools and strategies to guarantee that the testing processes remain efficient and effective.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Automation Test Analyst or similar role
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber and Gherkin 
  • Experience working in an agile environment including defining understandable and testable user stories, scenarios, requirements, and acceptance criteria
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
