THE ROLE

An exciting and highly rewarding opportunity has become available for a motivated  Marketing Graduate to join our busy Clarendon Homes team based at Loganholme This is a rare opportunity to start a career working for a high-profile brand within the exciting and fast-paced retail home building industry

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:   

• Maintain intranet content as required 
• Maintain brochure, business cards and sticker stocks in office and display centres  
• Provide general admin support for marketing team as required  
• Provide assistance at marketing content shoots as required  
• Assist with developing the social media program including posts and engagement  
• Assist with the development of the digital marketing strategy 
• Some copy writing for various purposes including website   
• Assist with the setup and management of the sales and marketing CRM Hubspot 
• Liaise with marketing suppliers as required  
• Provide assistance with gathering market research  
• Contribute to the display home maintenance program 
• Assist with some events management 
• Arrange staff photos as briefed

ABOUT YOU

This would be an ideal role for a recent graduate or someone wanting to kick-start their career working for a leading brand in a highly rewarding industry. 

To be successful in the role, you will need:   

• Recent tertiary qualifications in marketing or a business-related field   
• Experience working in a marketing department is preferred 
• Experience in the home building industry is not required but a genuine interest would be a distinct advantage.  
• A positive attitude towards learning new things and working in a team  
• A customer focused mindset   
• Exceptional organisational and administrative skills  
• Advanced Microsoft Office and social media skills  
• High level of self-management skills and the ability to work autonomously
