TheDigital-Content Creator is an exciting opportunity in our CustomerTraining team based at our Perth CBD offices.
The purposeof the role is to develop digital media that elevates and enhanceslearning solutions for the Customer Business Unit (CBU). The CBUcomprises of customer-facing teams working in a call-centreenvironment and teams that directly support services forcustomers.
Keyresponsibilities of the role include :
Design or co-design media artifacts that enhance learning solution, such as eLearning modules, VR (virtual reality) modules, posters, quick reference guides etc. Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in digital media, including software and hardware, and apply this knowledge to enhance the quality and innovation of training materials. Provide input and deliver according to the project timeline the Customer Training Specialists develop. Coordinate and execute the filming and editing of video content, utilising technical skills in tools such as Premier Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator to produce polished and engaging training materials. Collaborate with the Customer Training team to continually assess the effectiveness of digital media solutions, gathering feedback and making iterative improvements to optimise learning outcomes.What you’ll bring:
At least 5+ years in a similar capacity, including the development of digital learning solutions. Proven ability to adapt to evolving technologies and stay abreast of industry trends ensuring a forward-thinking approach to digital media development. Experience using eLearning authoring tools such as, Articulate Storyline and Rise. CUA Diploma of Graphic Design or higher, demonstrating a strong foundation in graphic design principles. TAE Cert IV in Training and Assessment or NAT Cert IV in Learning Design and Facilitation will be highly regarded, but not essential.Whatwe offer:
