This role primarily involves the preparation of information relating to the client's gas production and domestic gas marketing activities in Australia.
Responsibilities – To include but are not limited too:Prepare and submit data and information to Federal and State governments, Australia's competition regulator (ACCC), and other agencies (AEMO, AER) regarding the clients O&G production and marketing activities.Provide legal support by conducting research, organizing files, scheduling depositions, and maintaining records.Research state licensing and certification requirements and prepare necessary documents.Coordinate and gather input across multiple corporate disciplines, including Accounting, HR, Risk Management, and Procurement.Maintain files/database to ensure no lapses in certifications.Support ongoing projects and monitor compliance with contract requirements/certifications.Supervise junior paralegals if needed.

  • 3-5 days per week - open to flexibility in the hours/amount of days
