Job Description
- Provide support to manages Equestrian inspections activities with regulatory mechanisms and coordinate all compliance and enforcement
- activities with relevant departments.
- Plan pro-active inspections to ensure on-going compliance with standards and codes.
- Review the strategic plans and ensures alignment of his unit to the department plans, objective
- Oversee the implementation of regulation tools and processes.
- Serve as a contact point for any external queries or appeals regarding compliance and enforcement decisions.
- Equestrian Facility inspection:
- Supervise the daily operations of inspection of the equestrian facility, including the care and well-being of horses, maintenance of stables, riding arenas, and trails, and coordination of equestrian events.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for both equestrian activities and facility maintenance.
- Ensure that the facility is well-maintained, including the repair and upkeep of barns, fences, riding surfaces, and equipment.
- Manage the training and scheduling of equestrian staff, including trainers, stable hands, and riding instructors. i.e., Oversee the health and nutrition of horses, including vaccination schedules, feeding plans, and veterinary care.
The Successful Applicant
Written and Oral proficiency of Arabic & English languages.
Excellent communication skills.
Time management and organization skills.
Familiarity with standards, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
Maintains a high standard of professionalism, presentation, personal integrity, and customer support.
Scope of Work
Contract Duration: 1 Year
