A bit about the role...
As a Mentor you will be responsible for implementing a range of industry skill development programs for long term disadvantaged job seekers. This will include rolling out development workshops across multiple partner sites, individual candidate support and engaging with industry and employers to help transition program participants into ongoing work.. The role requires applicants to have a blend of project coordination and mentoring skills and the ability and willingness to roll out programs in different locations.
This is a long term contract until 30 June 2025 with the potential for ongoing work. In this role, you will have to travel across Southeast QLD including Toowoomba, the Darling Downs.
