**Requirements**:

- Build strong, professional relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
- Oversee all aspects of teaching, learning and assessment within the Humanities from Years 6-12.
- Develop and mentor teaching staff within the faculty.
- Contribute to the College’s efforts to continuously improve teaching and learning practices across our sub-schools.
- Foster a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
- Manage the faculty’s resources, including budgeting and monitoring expenditure.
- Contribute to our co-curricular program and to the broader school community.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education, etc.)
- Hold a current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) or able to obtain prior to commencement
